1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting DayZ RP Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.
These Terms apply to all users, server administrators, and communities that interact with the Bot or any associated website and API services.
2. Description of Service
DayZ RP Bot is a Discord bot designed to assist DayZ roleplay communities with features including, but not limited to:
- Automated whitelisting and application management
- Character and player management tools
- In-character radio and communication systems
- Server branding and role automation
- Premium features available through a subscription or donation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your Discord server.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Bot or its services to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Bot or its API
- Spam or abuse commands in a way that degrades service for others
- Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these rules may result in your server or account being permanently banned from using the Bot.
5. Premium Features & Payments
Certain features of the Bot require a paid subscription or a voluntary donation. All payments are processed through PayPal. By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement.
- Subscriptions: Premium features are available via recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your PayPal account; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Immediate Access & Waiver of Cancellation Rights: By purchasing a subscription, you expressly request immediate access to digital services. You acknowledge and agree that this results in the loss of your 14-day statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer law.
- Server-Based Access: Subscription benefits are granted to the Discord server selected at the time of purchase, not to the individual user. If the purchasing user leaves the server, the server retains access to the subscription benefits until the end of the billing period.
- Donations: Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the development and operation of the Bot. Donations are not payments for specific services or guaranteed features. Any perks, roles, or recognition associated with donations are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided.
- If the Bot is significantly non-functional or a core paid feature is not delivered as described, you may contact us for support. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
- No refunds will be issued for loss of access resulting from violations of these Terms, including bans or misuse of the service.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
- Non-Transferability: Subscription benefits cannot be transferred between servers. Donation-related perks cannot be transferred between Discord accounts.
- Changes to Features: We may modify, add, or remove features (including premium features) at any time. Continued use of the service does not guarantee access to any specific feature unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and content associated with DayZ RP Bot are the intellectual property of the developer. DayZ RP Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Bohemia Interactive or the DayZ franchise.
The DayZ name and related trademarks are the property of Bohemia Interactive.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or its services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove the Bot from your server or revoke access for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
You may stop using the Bot at any time by kicking it from your Discord server.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
